Work for Omwani Coffee Co (2022 - 2024)
Omwani Coffee Co is a sales driven East African sourcing partner for green coffee.
They work with coffee producers in several East African countries to import green coffee to the UK and Europe, which is then sold on to coffee roasteries within these regions.
Omwani's main values are transparent trade, sharing the stories of East African coffee producers/farmers, and sustainable relationships with coffee producers.
During my time at Omwani Coffee, the team grew from 3 to 7 full time employees (including the owners), however I remained the only full time member of the marketing team, with support and guidance provided by one of the co-founders on a part-time basis.
Extras - Illustration
Below is a gallery of some illustrated works I have created using Procreate for the iPad. I believe that illustration and design compliment each other incredibly well, as drawing helped me build up skills in colour theory and composition long before I started to turn my focus toward design.
